Note

b) Goods will need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available during the day. If delivering to a business, we need the business name even if the order is addressed to an individual, this is to enable the courier to correctly identify the delivery address.
c) If goods are returned to eXpansys because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable and return carriage fees will also be chargeable.
d) We do not have a NZ warehouse - orders are shipped from Australia. Prices shown are in Australian dollars - your credit card payment is converted automatically - and do not include NZ GST and customs charges which may be payable to the courier upon delivery (items valued at over A$350).
e) Deliveries are usually made on business days Monday to Friday. Couriers will not deliver at a specific requested time and will not call prior to delivery.
f) Under New Zealand postal regulations all deliveries, whether by courier or NZ Post, require inclusion of the correct New Zealand postcode as revised July 2006.
