Note
a) The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, eXpansys are not responsible if this varies.
b) Goods will need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available during the day. If delivering to a business, we need the business name even if the order is addressed to an individual, this is to enable the courier to correctly identify the delivery address.
c) If goods are returned to eXpansys Australia because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
d) To ensure efficient delivery we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
e) Deliveries are usually made on business days Monday to Friday. Couriers will not deliver at a specific requested time and will not call prior to delivery.
f) Urgent same-day or "next-flight" deliveries can be arranged - call us to check for cost and availability.
g) If you choose to collect from our Melbourne office, the postage and packing charge is removed at checkout.
h) All prices above will have 10% GST added for delivery within Australia.
